PaperZero

Excel to PDF

Inspect and select worksheets locally, then convert displayed cell values, cached formula results, basic number/date formats, emphasis, colors, fills, and alignment into readable PDF tables. Wide sheets are divided into labeled column sections instead of shrinking text to illegibility, and workbook macros never execute.

How it works

  1. 1Choose an XLSX or XLSM workbook; legacy XLS is intentionally not advertised.
  2. 2Select one or more worksheet names found inside the local package.
  3. 3The worker reads displayed/cached values and supported styles without calculating formulas or running VBA.
  4. 4Wide tables paginate into readable column sections and the PDF is validated before download.

Frequently asked questions

Are formulas recalculated?

No. PaperZero never runs workbook logic. It uses the cached displayed value stored by the spreadsheet application; cells without one are labeled with their formula text.

What happens to XLSM macros?

VBA is detected, ignored, and never executed. Only displayed values and supported styles are converted.

Do charts and worksheet images render?

Not in this table-first adapter. They are detected and disclosed in the compatibility report rather than silently represented inaccurately.
